- Refunds are only available within 7 days of receiving the product.

- Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount.
- Used or damaged items that are not due to a defect.
- Items returned after the 7-day return window.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
